Focused on fundamentals of wrestling, agility, and discipline, this program helps children develop strength, confidence, and resilience. Through engaging drills and teamwork, young athletes build the foundation for lifelong fitness and healthy habits.

🐺Rising Wolves/Ages Y13+

 

About the Program:

Designed for teenagers who want to take their training to the next level. This program combines advanced wrestling techniques, physical conditioning, and mental preparation. Athletes develop focus, leadership, and competitive spirit while preparing for tournaments and personal growth.

🐺Nightwolves Elite/Competitive Team

 

About the Program:

An advanced high-performance program for dedicated athletes. With 5+ training sessions per week, this program includes strength & conditioning, technical mastery, and tournament preparation. Athletes represent Nightwolves at regional and national competitions. Entry by invitation only.

Our Total Body Conditioning program is a high-energy circuit training session that works your entire body in just 45 minutes. You’ll rotate through a series of stations combining strength, cardio, and mobility exercises — designed to improve endurance, build lean muscle, and enhance balance.

This program is perfect for anyone looking for an intense workout in a friendly and supportive environment. No matter your fitness level, the circuit format allows everyone to train at their own pace while staying challenged.

 


Women’s Self-Defense /Wrestling-Based🛡️

About the Program:

This program is designed to give women practical tools for real-life protection through simple and effective wrestling-based techniques. Participants will learn how to break free from holds, apply safe but powerful throws, and use leverage against a stronger opponent.

Beyond self-defense, the training helps build strength, confidence, and body awareness in a safe and supportive environment. No complicated moves — only realistic techniques that work in everyday situations.
