Our Total Body Conditioning program is a high-energy circuit training session that works your entire body in just 45 minutes. You’ll rotate through a series of stations combining strength, cardio, and mobility exercises — designed to improve endurance, build lean muscle, and enhance balance.

This program is perfect for anyone looking for an intense workout in a friendly and supportive environment. No matter your fitness level, the circuit format allows everyone to train at their own pace while staying challenged.

An energetic program focused on fat burning, improving endurance, and strengthening the cardiovascular system. The workouts combine high-intensity cardio exercises with functional movements to help effectively reduce weight, tone the body, and boost energy levels.
We create conditions in which you can lose up to 1 kg of weight in a single workout thanks to high intensity and active cardio training.
